Participants may book an organized airport transfer by contacting the Technical Organizer, PanaComp Wonderland Travel, which is the safest and fastest option for Airport transfer. To reserve your transfer, please provide your name, hotel name, flight number, arrival time, and contact phone number to mice@panacomp.net, no later than Friday 21^st.

The price per car, per direction is 40 EUR. The driver will track your flight and wait for you in the arrivals area, holding a signboard with your name on it.

Passengers using taxi services from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport have a fixed‑price option available, depending on the city zone they are traveling to. Please do not take a ride from anyone offering transport in the arrivals hall. Instead, print out a taxi voucher from one of the official e-kiosks inside the terminal

Four e‑kiosks are available for issuing fixed‑price vouchers, allowing passengers to quickly and easily obtain their voucher before approaching the taxi stand.

E‑kiosk locations:
1. Three e‑kiosks in the baggage claim area
2. One e‑kiosk near the exit of the arrivals terminal

Belgrade city center is in Zone 2, priced at 3500 RSD (approximately 30 EUR).

Take your voucher to the designated, official taxi rank immediately outside the terminal exit. Hand the voucher to the first driver in the queue. You are legally obligated to pay only the price listed on the voucher.

• Free Public City Buses: Bus Line 72 goes to the Zeleni Venac market square (500 m from the Conference Venue). Travel time is 35–50 minutes. It is free of charge, but can get crowded and lacks dedicated luggage racks.

• A1 Express Minibus Shuttle: A1 Shuttle runs every 25–30 minutes directly to Slavija Square (2 km from the Conference Venue). Approximate travel time is 30 minutes. It is not included in the free transit system and costs 400 RSD (~ 3.5 EUR), payable directly to the driver in cash.

• Ride-Hailing Apps: You can download CarGo, the local Serbian equivalent to Uber. It uses dynamic app‑based pricing and is safe and trackable.
