Cancellation and Refund policy

Notifications of cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to the official technical organizer of the Conference (Panacomp Agency - mice@panacomp.net).
For cancellations received before 31 July 2026, a refund will be issued, reduced by EUR 50 to cover administrative expenses.
For cancellations received after 31 July 2026, or in the case of registered participants who fail to attend the Conference, no refund will be issued.
